Badgers are mature in about 12-15months some are early some are later. When they are mature they find a mate. They are monogamous meaning they can live with the same mate for their lifetime.
Even though there are many European badgers have adopted to their environments by blending in with their scenario, body structure is low meaning good for digging, Flat, shovel-like paws are good for digging into soil, Thick fur allows them to survive changes in temperature in a temperate climate and great sense of smell which is vital for living underground.
